Is it a good time/trustable now to get the IDFC First Wow Credit Card ?

I’m a Student and is currently in the market for my first credit card and based on the suggestions from this community got to know about the IDFC FIRST WOW is one of the best.But due to the recent scam from the bank I’m now having trust issues.Also I can deposit around 20-30k FD and would like to know some suggestions of other fd based cards from you guys. Also is the Federal Bank Signet CC any good ?
