S&S ISA: £25k

Monthly budget expenditure: £2400
Mortgage: 3.93% fixed until Sept 2028 with balance of £300k at the moment
My planning request
I have plans to renovate my home and I think the costing for that will end up being about £160k. I also plan to get married relatively soon with a small wedding low fanfare setting.
The plan is that I would take out the money from the home to fund the renovation on renewal and add my partner to the mortgage to boost our multiplier.
The pay off method would be to utilise my tax free pension limit of £268k to pay off the balance when it comes to it.
I saw recently that taking the whole tax free allowance from the pension is not a great idea as it then means everything else is taxed at the normal tax bands and that it should be kept in order to benefit from 25% tax free 4% withdrawals.
Based on the current projections, my medium growth projection is set to hit £67k per year. After taking everything out, its still expected to hit £45k a year.
I am quite privileged in the situation I am in and appreciate its something that I am fortunate to be in. I just dont want to screw it up and would appreciate any advice people could suggest.
Are there any complex pension calculators out there?
Best to as a professional tax planner?
Thanks.
