Help! I need pain relief!

Hello, I recently moved up to 5ml (first month on it) and it’s been really hard on me. The first week was fine but next week started feeling a little pain then 3rd terrible gas pain now on my forth and my stomach feels like it’s stuck in a cramp. I can’t keep anything down and writhing in pain. Reading others side effects it sounds like what I’m experiencing isn’t anything too concerning so I’m not rushing for a doctors visit yet. I will be asking to be put back on the lower dose again and taking a month break in between to get regular again, because this pain is toooo much, but until then does anyone have any recommendations on dealing with this pain someone said heating pad and yes definitely did help with short pain relief. Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciate please I’m in so much pain. How long did this last for anybody else?:(
