IBKR cash withdrawl under review

Hi, does anyone have same issue on cash withdrawl from IBKR? I have cash withdrawl around$3,000 on monthly basis and first time to have such problem.

The request was pending on status “under review” and turned to “Call Client Service – There is an issue with your transaction request that you must resolve by calling Client Service. Click the Support menu for instructions on contacting Client Service.”

I tried to call to the CS hotline but they can’t even answer me when the problem gets resolved. The only answer is waiting for the compliance team review and the CS and client have nothing to do on the current stage.

I just do normal trading on big US stocks and futures.

Does anyone have same experience and how long it takes to resume normal?

I need to get cash for my living expenses.
