Still can’t register the Glazers Kiln

I’ve tried all sorts of zooms and angles, but the golden box that registers the furniture just won’t appear. I even managed to transfer to my PC where I could use portrait mode, but it still won’t work. Any advice? I can send photos or a video if that helps.
