Turtle ankle tattoo advice

Hi, so i did a tattoo of a minimalistic sea turtle the other day.

The problem is i don’t like the placement that my artist chose cause i fell like it’s too high on my leg, about 2 inch from the bone.

Would it look ugly if i add another smaller turtle below the one that i already have?
