Reusable Sticker Book Can't Take Stickers Off

Hi I bought one of those reusable sticker books that are like a sprial notebook not clear pages and im upset that every time i've tried taking a sticker out to use it the paper completely stuck to it and leaves residue and ruins the sticker i'm going to be so sad if theres nothing I can do to save them I put at least 100 cute stickers in here that I really love
