Head gasket replace

Have a 97 st204 Celica with the 5sfe engine, which I’m suspecting the head gasket is going.

Blowing smoke and overflow tube bubbling in water.

Question is more so what’s worth replacing while also doing the gasket to save time and problems further down the line

Has 260,000k’s and runs fine as is
