Snapchat banned my account for sexual exploitation

Hello! Basically long story short I got banned on Snapchat for sexual exploitation. I was sexting this guy (we are both consenting adults) and my iPhone has the feature where if you triple tap the Apple logo it screenshots…anywho, I accidentally took a screenshot of the chat. I apologize and explained my mistake but the person still must’ve reported me.

I can live with a Snapchat ban, however Snapchat is withholding my memories. Whenever I try to email them I get responses from bots. I have memories of my dead grandpa that I thought would be safe in snapchat. Are there ANY loop holes to possibly getting my account back or at the very least my memories? I have sent Snapchat so many emails and have yet to get a human response. They gave me my data back, but for some reason, they left out my memories. They literally gave me everything else, but my pictures I’m devastated.
