Trouble with TLScontact account

I submitted my ILR application and registered for a TLS account, but I have not received the email to confirm my account. I’ve tried signing up again using different browsers — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari — but I keep getting the error page. I’ve also submitted a complaint through the contact page.

What should I do?
