Which weapon would be top tier if it had its moveset altered a little?

My choice would be flamberge. If it had claymore poke it would be awesome. Strength arcane builds are underrated imo, bleed greatswords proc bleed pretty fast but if you occult infuse a weapon with in built bleed it becomes even better. Honestly it's just the fact that it has a second hilt similar to zweihander which is used irl to poke which is why zweihander can poke in game but flamberge can't for some reason.
