Oh no! The AI descriptions are gone! What will I do? /s

I didn’t pay the ransom to have my subscription updated to give me the AI descriptions.

I think since they’re using our data to make their AI better, they can come up with a better price for it too. Asking an additional - what $30 a year for the first year doesn’t seem too bad, but almost double for the regular price after this first year?

That’s nuts. I don’t know how many times I’ve gotten a notification that a dog or a bear are on my fenced off property. Not to mention the number of vehicles and trucks that it’s reported. Amazingly enough, the fence has never been damaged.

There are so many other problems with the Blink system that trying to charge why they are for a new product introduction onto their customers seems pretty silly to me.

Blink/Amazon – if you’re actually in this channel, can someone suggest or offer a reason why the huge price increase? Because it really seems you’re trying to alienate existing users.

I basically like the Blink system for what it is. But it’s not a security system. And it never will be until they get rid of the problems it has. Like when you get a notification and you go to look at it, but the recording never pulls up. Or when you go to look at a camera and the camera, never pulls up.

I think until those issues are resolved – fully – blink will never be the product that was promised.

This isn’t a WiFi issue and it’s not intended to be a complaint. I hope someone from Blink or Amazon can reply.
