Is it the right time to buy Silver ETFs / Hindcopper shares?

Guys is today a good day to purchase Silver ETFs or Hindcopper shares?

The CMP of Silver ETFs are low as well as the HINDCOPPER one is also around 540 level. It has come to that level after so much days.

What should I do? My goal is short term. I need your advice.
