Enrolled in admission requirement for application

I retook a course even though I had a decent grade just as a backup plan for future enrollment (I already have the course needed to apply). The issue is I got an email saying I am registered in an admission requirment and they give a decision once all requirements for the program is completed.

I am scared as the deadline for the Fall 2026 intake is Jan 31 which I already applied for with all of the needed courses. I emailed them but haven't heard back yet.

Will this delay my chances of getting into my program because they will be using my most recent course instead of the one I already have? Or will they take a look at the given course?
