I have 1.5 years of experience and want to switch after 3 years of experience but feel like I should start preparing now it self and want to go towards roles that has only excel sql any visualization tool is that possible

currently I am working on sql and sap hana and want to shift soon and seeing the current economy I feel its better if I start now it self
