Tool for Rock Headliner?

I really have a feeling there’s room for Tool to come in and fill last years Korn headlining spot at Bud Light. Tool hasn’t played since 2008 and they’re headlining a lot of other fests this summer. I think The Strokes will be at Riot Fest, but that’s also what I’m hoping. Anybody else think this could be a possibility?
