Instagram wrongfully perma ban for covering Epstein files ( Help recovery please )

Please Help. We all know Insta is going thru a censorship spree and I appealed which got mine permanently disabled. I got wrongfully reported for CSE (when posting about the Epstein Files ) how ironic i get banned for that when trying to expose it. I'm trying to look for methods but everything just leads back to the "help center" which has nothing. I have tried emails in multiple ways for weeks to different accounts with no luck. I need some help please.
