Galadriel Question +1/+1 counters when multiple creatures enter

Let's say I have [[Galadriel, Light of Valinor]] on the board. I then play a card that generates a lot of tokens all at once like [[Finale of Glory]], [[Grand Crescendo]], or [[Martial Coup]].

Let's say that 5 creatures enter at the same time. I understand that all three Alliance abilities will trigger in a sequence I want, but I'm unsure about how the +1/+1 is handled. If I choose the +1/+1 mode third, does it get apply to the first three tokens, or does it apply to all tokens entering?
