Where to stay

We're in town for one night. We come pretty regularly to camp at henry cowell and do the beach/boardwalk with the kiddo, but this time we'll be sans kid and I want the nicest place santa cruz has to offer. IDC how much it costs and don't plan to leave the hotel from earliest checkin to latest checkout. Spa, pool, restaurant, etc. that we can enjoy while there.
