Never Touch the Stuff trophy

Hello yall. I’m currently doing a casual run to complete the no heal and no blood collector trophy. I accidentally pressed a med injector but since I was fully healed it didn’t do anything. Would it be okay to continue the run? I know it might be a dumb question. Thank you for the help!
