Cleaning after 3 kids?

I've heard this many times. After 3-4 kids you have to let go of your house and accept it's going to be a mess. I feel like I can't accept that. I like clean clean or I get cranky, could be my postpartum ocd. Third on the way. Anyone here have many kids and still keep a super clean house?
