How to Transfer Ringtones From MacBook Air M1 to iPhone 16e

I have six ringtones on my MacBook Air M1 that I'm trying to transfer to my iPhone 16e. Both my MacBook and iPhone are both on the same wi-fi and updated to the current software. I use the cord that came with my iPhone, but nothing works. Please help.
