MSI CMD window showing up on startup sometimes. I keep missing the full name however hoping for help figuring it out
Hello! So to keep it relatively short because I wish I had more information. On my Windows 11 PC I've noticed every once in a while there are CMD windows that flash suddenly, but, over the past few days there's been one that's stuck around for 3-4 seconds on startup every once in a while. The ONLY information I have on it is it was something involving "CCengine" or something along those lines. I don't really know if it's due to MSI updating something in the background or something but the only other information I have that seems to exist with it is this in event viewer.
A service was installed in the system.
Service Name: NTIOLib_CC_COMM
Service File Name: C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\MSI Center\Lib\SYS\NTIOLib_X64.sys
Service Type: kernel mode driver
Service Start Type: demand start
Service Account:
Any insight on what this is all about would be great! Thank you ahead of time!
