Contractors: how do you manage multiple job sites without losing your mind?

I’ve been talking with a lot of small contractors recently and many still manage everything with WhatsApp, notes, photos and spreadsheets.

When you have several job sites it becomes chaos:

– messages everywhere

– lost client info

– quotes sent late

– photos mixed between projects

I’m curious how you guys handle this.

Do you use software or just keep it simple?
