Hey guys, Can someone help me I want to evaluate how Qwen9B performs on couple of questions I have.

So there is this whole fight between two countries going on here, I'm in kurdistan and there is no electricity just enough to turn on the internet and its there a little at night for 3-2 hours so I'm not really awake when it's there so I cant turn on the pc and on HuggingFace no one offers inference and I really want to try it if anyone has this model can you help just a few coding questions...
