Chinese Stealth Suit hit with stealth nerf bat when they also nerfed power armor in blast zones

Here's how the patch notes apparently should have read, and would have read if Bethesda cared about warning Chinese Stealth Suit wearers (my additions in italics):

• Nuke Zones will deal more radiation damage to those in Power Armor if they are not fully suited up (full set of Power Armor), and also to those wearing Chinese Stealth Suits, unless they're using Rad-X (or the What Rads legendary perk). The damage is not immediate, and you should still expect to have time to react if you’re suddenly caught in a Nuke Zone while in your Power Armor or CSS.

If you use Rad-X, your mutations are nerfed. If you don't, and you're lucky enough to have What Rads, you can rely on that and still fight using regular (e.g., Secret Service) armor; but then kiss your low-health build goodbye, because What Rads will heal you right out of it.

I think this was a stupid armor rebalancing. But even if you think swinging the nerf bat this way was a good idea, failing to warn CSS users was thoughtless, and the patch note as written is inaccurate, incomplete, and misleading. Boo, hiss.
