Is this a good sign?

Ok, I may be asking a dumb question, but I haven’t had any success with lucid dreaming. One potentially promising thing I have noticed is that anytime I preform M.I.L.D. I remember my dreams. Almost without fail, but besides that, no other super promising factors.
