Creature hypno

Title may be a bit odd, but I see all over YouTube of hypnos where you become "X Animal" or "X Fantasy Creature" are those any good, are there any in specific I should avoid (like being bad, or not working), any I should look for (links would be appreciated), also is Silver Hypnosis any good, they are mainly why I ask as I used to use him back before I found any other way to do hypnosis, and want to know if he is legit, or just there to be there
