New to this years pro clubs, any build help would be appreciated

I’m new to this years pro clubs (meaning I play fifa and understand the mechanics) I just need help making a good cb or cdm build. I like to be a defensive stalwart when playing not really too much into anything else tbh. I’d appreciate some insight.

Thanks
