Dual Language in Obsidian

I am curious for those that write in more that one language how you manage spell checking.

What I have noticed is Obsidian does fine when the two languages are on separate lines.

Example where I don't get spelling error:

English - Second language

However, if the two languages are on the same line I've noticed Obsidian will underline the second language is misspelled.

If anyone has any tips on working with two languages preferably being able to have both the languages on the same line I'd greatly appreciate it!
