Airtel Fiber Installation Delay After Payment Bangalore 560087 Need Escalation

I paid 1500 on 1 March 2026 for a new Airtel Fiber broadband connection in Bangalore 560087.

Order ID 7433782655013134336

At the time of payment installation was promised within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been more than 72 hours and installation is still not completed.

The assigned engineer is not responding to calls or messages after payment.

Steps already taken:

Called customer care multiple times

Raised issue on Twitter

Shared details on DM as requested

Sent escalation emails

Filed complaint on National Consumer Helpline

Despite all this there is still no confirmed installation date.

I depend on broadband for daily work and this delay is causing serious inconvenience.

Has anyone faced similar delay with Airtel Fiber in Bangalore area 560087

Should I wait or ask for immediate refund and move to ACT or JioFiber

Any escalation contact or suggestion would be helpful.
