Looking for Any Entry-Level / Junior Tech Role (Ready to Start Immediately)

Hi everyone,

I’m a 2025 BTech CSE graduate from a Tier 1 NIT. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to secure an on-campus placement. I had some academic backlogs during college (now fully cleared), and my programming skills weren’t that great.

For the past 10 months, I’ve been preparing for MBA entrances, but I’ve realized that I genuinely want to start working instead of continuing to stay at home preparing without clarity.

I want to be transparent:

• My core programming skills are currently average.
• I may not be ready for high-end SDE roles yet.
• I am, however, very willing to learn and work hard.
• I’m open to any entry-level / junior / trainee role in tech.
• Even basic computer-related jobs (support, operations, QA, data entry, IT support, backend ops, etc.) are completely fine.
• I can start immediately.

There is no financial pressure from my family, but mentally I really want to begin my professional journey instead of staying idle while my peers move ahead.

I’m not chasing a 7-figure salary. I’m just looking for a genuine opportunity to start somewhere, gain experience, and grow from there.

If anyone here is hiring, knows someone hiring, or can guide me toward small companies/startups that are open to freshers who are willing to learn on the job, I would be extremely grateful.
