"The manga starts with the main character who is obsessed with a mobile game, where you have to upload pictures of your self doing actions or things to complete quests. Eventually he beats the game, and then is able to continue the game doing quests in real life (IRL) for actual physical rewards.

In one quest I remember, he had to bow in front of a Buddha statue for 100 days (or something like that.) In the game, he just copied and pasted the same picture every day, but he had to bow everyday for real in the IRL quest. His reward was losing weight in real life." I took this description from a site called science fiction and fantasy where the poster only had one reply and it wasn't through right name. Was hoping to find the right title here on reddit. Pretty sure the last time I read it was on mangago.
