You will never know why they thought you weren't good enough or worth having the conversation with

I absolutely loathe this thing in society we have now where people consider it acceptable to block you instead of taking accountability.

I had been talking to this guy on reddit for about two weeks. We had tried to meet up the first week, but hadn't confirmed location etc he just stopped replying the night before we were going to meet up.

Didn't hear from him all on the weekend

Tells me on Monday (that his friend, who was also going to join us - it was going to be maybe be a triad thing) had been rushed to hospital. Okay but why not reach out at some point over the weekend and let me know what happened?

We keep talking (in truth I think he was love bombing me saying all these extravagant things/promises) things got hot. He wanted to meet up on Monday - I couldn't meet up due to disability stuff. I suggested Tuesday.

Tuesday comes around, he disappears again. I called him out on it this morning saying every time we organise to meet he vanishes. Got out of work to find myself blocked.

I'm starting to wonder if half or even more than that who message me are actually bots. Or maybe they just are time wasters. Either way I'll never know
