Case: Micro-ATX (mATX) Mesh Case (with pre-installed fans)

i have never bought a PC before, these were the recommended specs my friend gave me, he said would be around RM5k?

I plan to use this for coding work, streaming, vtubing (light games, not like cyberpunk), and some light editing

can anyone with experience give me some insight on the specs, price and my needs
