How do you come up with magic materials for your setting?

Hi, alt acount of u/tr_berk1971 here. I have been trying to come up with more magic materials to add to my setting. Stuff someone can make weapons or artifacts from. What do you do when creating new materials ? I kinda got stuck after 1, pheonix alloy which is used to make burning weapons.
