Evacuation help - Transit passenger abandoned by the Airline in Kuwait

A family friend (Indian Passport Holder) took a Kuwait airways flight from India and had a transit in Kuwait to go to the US. Due to the current situation, they cancelled the Kuwait to US flight and she is stuck in Kuwait. The airlines provided food and accommodation until yesterday. Now, they’ve said “you are on your own” and that “you’re not our responsibility”.

Is there any way out through land since the airspace is closed? Perhaps to a neighboring country whose airspace might be open? P.S. - I live in Dubai so have no clue about anything in Kuwait..
