Equipment Issues

My Aviron treadmill worked fine yesterday, and now the belt won’t move after an update today. Anyone else having problems? I’ve contacted Aviron, and they advised they’re getting this issue a lot but have no resolution yet, just curious if anyone has been able to fix it? TIA!
