Batman soldier complex works

Batman's allies being soldiers is literally needed to mentally cope for putting young men and women into crime fighting life and death situations. Can you imagine literally finding a child on the street one day and in the span of sum months they're fighting beside you against someone like deacon black fire. Mind you they're like 14-15. That's crazy you can't justify that as a grown man that is literally predatory even on the basis of him wanting the best for Jason. He could've found so many other alternatives to help someone like Jason he wasn't a kid that couldn't not develop in other fields.

To clinically be able to consistently put your own thoughts and will over young and impressionable person is Familiar. OH almost like a military officer telling his young and impressionable cadets and molding them to set the purpose he's been sworn to protect. That doesn't mean he doesn't appreciate his cadets or wouldn't put his life on the line for them. Batman is militaristic in nature at least modern adaptations have made him. Batman the general tells his soldiers the robins and batgirls follow his actions. Occasionally the robins will go awol against him and his ideas and we see pivot but always they fall back in line or new soldiers take place.

Even the war against crime is literally so easy to break down. Batman is at war against his criminals and their generals who have soldiers "goons." For example the joker and two face and the penguin all have different personalities and wants. But we understand to the tenth degree that Batman has from day one sworn to bring down the Crimes of Gotham to stop what happened to him from happening to anyone else. So yes Batman will see his partners as soldiers but that's because you can't mentally justify putting people in harms way like that.
