Shure MV7+ vs Elgato Wave 3 for?

Hello everyone! So, I've been thinking about buying a standalone microphone to upgrade from using my headset's mic (I use a Beyerynamic MMX 330 Pro).

After some research, I've seen most people recommend either the Shure MV7+ and the Elgato Wave 3. My question is, which one would be the better buy for me, if my main goal is talking with friends over Discord while we play casual games and some smaller esport tournaments, and maybe stream sometimes? I would be using my PC case's USB-C port.
