Bans on the new account:
If you have a new Facebook account and you post something in a group and quickly get 100/200 likes under your photo, you will be banned. I know it's strange, but you will be banned even if you didn't click anything, it's enough that your post on your new account gets a lot of likes. Don't add people as friends. After 2-3 weeks, you can start spamming more. The fact that you can get banned for your post gaining a lot of activity on a new account is the most important thing, and few people could have known about it.

Posts on groups without approval are sent for approval:
Clear the app cache, delete your account, and restore it. That helped me.

180-day verification: how to remove a ban and verify your account if you do not have an account with your details:
If you get a 180-day verification prompt asking you to verify your account and you don't know how to do it, log out of your account and log in using a different IP address, for example, using a free VPN in your browser. You should see an option to secure your account without confirming your identity with a document. I've managed to do this a few times. All you need is email confirmation and account security.

You can verify your Facebook account with a diploma that you print from the internet and write your Facebook account name on it.
