Buying in Bradbury (Campbelltown area) – what’s it like to live there?

Hi everyone,

We’re considering buying a house in Bradbury (2560) and would love to hear from locals or anyone familiar with the area.

How is it living there day-to-day?

•	Community vibe

•	Noise levels

•	Good and not-so-good streets

•	Schools and amenities

•	Anything we should be aware of before buying?

We’ve driven around and it seems leafy and quiet, but we know suburbs can vary street by street. Would really appreciate honest insights especially from people currently living there.
