How to get the best quality with LG G5 TV?

Hey, how can I get the best experience using my new LG G5? Used Kodi before with direct hdmi input from my mini pc into my avr/into TV. With normal HDR this should work the best to get zero transcoding and have every audio signal zo get through. Streaming via wlan into the webos app allows Dolby vision to be played (which can't be played via Kodi/any pc player right?), but no DTS format? Will there be any quality loss?

If I want to be able to play everything without any issues (any sound format and HDR/DV without any transcoding) what do I need to do?
