How to join a peaceful grind session

I have seen many people in reddit telling to join some discord or group that host session 24/7 where players just mind their own business and don't grief at all which help us get that high demand bonus easily. But how do I join such sessions or server can someone please invite me or tell me how to join ? ( pc enhanced btw)
