thank you for bringing sparkling water in

While ago I injured my right hand/wrist, and people could tell it was kind of bad but I was like well I still have my left hand so I'm fine.

but a shopper instantly saw it as I came out of the gate (I usually receive whatever order/delivery at the gate, it's easy for me to get out of my apartment room and just go to the entrance.) he asked me if "it's okay to bring the bags" to my room. I was incredibly happy and appreciative especially it wasn't "do you want me to bring them" because I would have said it's fine. I usually tip 20% flat rate (regardless of the amount of stuff, but it's usually small because I live alone) but of course a bit more for this. I do a different kind of thankless job and I suspect some customers may be rude. But I really appreciated it and will remember it. Thank you!
