How to transfer money from BCV Swiss account to Trading212 German account?

Hello. I wanted to deposit 1000 CHF from my BCV account to Trading212 account. Since the account is based on Germany, I thought I need to send money in Euros so I send 1100 Euros. But my bank changed 1021.35 CHF. according to today's exchange rate: 1100 Euros = 996 CHF so I lost 25 CHF. Is thai correct? Is there a way to deposit money at Trading212 without costing anything?
