To the men facial hairfall issues
Hello All,
This is for men who are facing hair fall issues. I have also experienced hair fall for the last 3 years and had almost lost all hope of controlling it. Fortunately, I had a good amount of hair to begin with, so even though I experienced hair fall, it didn’t look too bad. However, I was worried that eventually it would get worse
In October, I started working out, and by December, I began taking whey protein and tofu to fulfill my protein requirements. It actually helped me reduce hair fall to a great extent. Now, when I comb my hair, I hardly lose 1 or 2 strands, which is much better than before. After noticing this, I thought maybe my hair fall was less about genetics and more about nutrition. So I got my blood tests done, ferritin, Vitamin D, and B12. I found out that I was Vitamin D deficient, my B12 is just about normal, and my ferritin levels are fine.
I’m not saying protein will work for everyone, but if you haven’t tried increasing your protein intake yet, please consider it. I’m vegetarian, so I have limited options, paneer, tofu, whey, peanuts, and curd, but it’s still manageable. You can try it once; it might work for you as well. Also, get your blood tests done.
Hopefully, I’ll be able to stop my hair fall completely after fixing my Vitamin D and B12 deficiencies.
I hope everyone gets better with improved nutrition.
TLDR: Protein can actually give you results in reducing your hairfall, please don't ignore it. Tru it once it has no side effects like minoxidil or something. And get your blood tests done.
