Settings crash when opening Security Menu

Wondering if anyone else has the same issue - I can access and change settings in every sub-menu aside from Security: which causes the settings app to crash back to the home screen. Do I have to go back to a factory reset? (I have developer options enabled (haven't changed any aside from allowing .apk installations and have side-loaded some apps and InkOS, but nothing crazy).
