Someone to takeover lease May 2026 - July 2026, option to extend

Need to move soon and looking for someone to re-let my apartment in NW Austin. Available from May 1 - July 24, 2026 and asking rate is $2685/month. Details are in the Zillow link below, but here is what I am offering:

Since you are assuming the lease, you will keep the balance of the $250 deposit upon move-out - I don't need it back. Since you are applying for the apartment and assuming my lease, I will pay all related app and admin fees with your application**. Also, I cannot take my 65" Samsung Neo QLED TV (2024), which is mounted to the wall, and soundbar with me, so you are welcome to keep those items if you want them.
**Applicant will pay the app and admin fees upfront to management, and upon successful approval, I will reimburse your fees. App $50/person and admin is a flat $150.
