i had 5mg of valium at 9:30 its 13:30 now , i had couple pints of beer and feel pretty sedated now

i think i shuold go to sleep before i drink more , i have another 10 pints, i also only had 1 hour of sleep this night cause im an ,, alcoholic,, trying to cut down on my drinking
